"Boat chatting"? Now that is a new one...
A 1-hour lecture of boat and boat safety? (but why would anyone pay for that?)
Maybe they mean "boat chaat", providing northern Indian snacks on board?
Maybe they are just assuring you that there is something to do on board if you don't want to fish or scuba?
Or is it the reverse and they are warning you there is no being anti-social with a book on board?
Maybe the boat talks like a movie character?
OK, that's it, I'm out of ideas and that lastwas only marginal as it was...

I have an image of boats with some wireless antenna to enable online communication. Islands meets internet kind of idea...
The only realistic thing I can come up with is boat chartering but I am sure that would be written more like chattering....and that brings us right back to the beginning!
